I still remember the days when we few enthusiastic guys in Bangalore wanted to start something through which we can help the community which eventually helps the nation build the qualified youth as a back born. Though we had no process defined and no source of money and no experience to build or run the organization, we were pretty clear what we wanted to do.

Well, they didn’t have outage of determination and support from their community members who were already hanging on the higher position with reputed status in huge MNCs in Bangalore. Gradually the services and support gets stronger and stronger. And eventually they formed one of the largest E-Community carrying over 10000 members in just year and half.

The way they provide the professional services such as Resume Building, Resume Zapping, Technical Sessions, Interview Tips Sessions, Personality and Communication Development, Referrals to Consulting Companies and Recruiters are simply amazing. Besides these all services they also arrange accommodation, food and all other necessary things need to land at new place for the job-hunting for any desperate qualified individual.
Since last year and half they have been lifting over 30 candidates a month and getting them a sound career. And it’s completely unbelievable for the candidates when they get the job in a globally known MNC at handsome package in a short time without any hazels.
